내 안의 꽃 눈 / 예연 

나 어릴적엔 몰랐네
내 안에도 옹달샘이 있었고
내 안에도 야생화가 피었다는 걸,

삶에 지친 어른이 되서야 알았네
내 안에도 아픔이 있어 
찬 서리가 내리고
고독이 있어 낙엽이 진다는 걸

내 한평생 잊을 수 없다 
내 차례에 못올 사랑인줄 알지만
나 혼자는 꾸준히 생각하리라

내 안에 햇님에게 불씨 하나 댕겨
삭풍 된바람 단숨에 떨쳐내고
꽃 눈 하나 틔워야겠다

내 안에 푸른 숲 가꾸어
너랑 조붓한 그 오솔길 걸으며 
지저귀는 새들에게 
그 사연 물어야겠다.

Flower eyes inside me / Ye-yearn

I didn't know when I was young
I also had ongdalsaem inside me 
And wild flowers bloomed inside me,

I didn't know until I became an adult tired of life
There's pain in me, too
There's a cold frost. 
There's solitude, and the leaves are falling

I'll never forget my whole life
I know it's love that won't come to my turn
I'm going to think steadily on my own

I have a spark on the sun in me
Let's get rid of the wind
I should open my eyes

Grow a green forest inside of me
Walking on that narrow path with you
To the birds that chirp
I should ask about that story

 

눈을 감으면  달콤한 잠결에  
포근히 감겨오는 미소를 본다 
나는 엉금엉금 기어 다가 간다 
사랑이란 미소의 꽃이 피어 난다

When I close my eyes, I see a smile that is warmly wrapped in a sweet sleep. 
I crawl closer, crawling. 
The flower of love's smile blooms.
